Perfect for preparing a filtered coffee rich in aroma, but it is also ideal for the preparation of infusions and herbal teas

Ideal for obtaining filtered coffee for 3 cups, 5 cups or 8 cups

Steel filter system, resistant and long-lasting material, and anti-burn handle for a firm and safe grip

Put the ground coffee in the coffee press

Pour in hot (not boiling) water, fill until there is approximately 2.5 cm of space from the top edge and mix with a spoon

Place the plunger unit over the coffee press and leave to infuse for 4 minutes

Hold the handle of the coffee press firmly and press lightly on the knob to lower the plunger vertically into the coffee press. Turn the lid so that the slots are facing towards the spout and pour in the coffee.

The gentleman with the moustache gracing all Bialetti products represents Renato Bialetti, the son of the inventor of the Moka, Alfonso. It was designed in 1953 by the Italian artist Paul Campani.
