When placing the glass carafe on the warming plate，gently wiggle it to ensure the carafe is sitting flat on the warming plate.

At this point, the connection between the funnel spout and the carafe lid should be secure.

This helps effectively prevent occasional coffee spills during the brewing process.

1. Press the CLEAN button and enter the C1 mode to open the ground coffee chute.

2. Disconnect the power, and remove all the coffee beans from the bean hopper and grinder burrs.

3. Use a brush to clean out any coffee grounds and residue stuck in the channel.

4. Finally, clean off the remaining grounds on the grinder burrs and the surrounding area.

Unplug the power cord

Solution 1: Fill the water tank with water and repeatedly insert and remove the water tank nozzle for a few times

Solution 2: If you have a pump, please remove the water tank. Fill the pump with water and firmly press the pump’s outlet against the water inlet, applying slight pressure to ensure a tight seal, then pump the water into the inlet

There is no need to reinstall the upper grinder burr. Just reinstall the grinder hopper knob and lock it tightly

Press the CLEAN button, select the C3 mode, and press the DRIP button to run the grinder burrs for 10 seconds to grind the remaining coffee beans into powder.

Slowly turn the bean hopper knob while gently pulling it upward.

Please check if the water tank is filled and ensure the outlet hole is properly aligned and securely installed.

This occurs when the ICE function is selected. To ensure a rich flavor that won't be diluted, the machine extends the steeping time and reduces the liquid volume. It is specifically designed to be brewed directly over ice.

Coffee not hot enough?

In colder environments, the perceived temperature may be lower. We recommend running 1?2 water-only cycles to preheat the internal system and warming your cup before brewing. This ensures a consistently hotter cup of coffee.
