The handles are built to stay cool on the stovetop and rounded pan lips enable drip-free pouring - NON-TOXIC WITH NO CHEMICAL COATINGS: We don’t use any type of chemical coatings on our cookware. It is made without any type of PFAS (PFOA, PTFE aka Teflon, PFOS, or other), ceramic sol-gel, nanoparticles, lead, cadmium, or any other chemically applied coating. We use a special grade of titanium strengthened stainless steel for our cookware's cooking surface. The addition of molybdenum and titanium to the stainless steel alloy makes it 5-10 times more resistant to metal leaching compared to the typical 304 (18/10) cooking surface.
