The 42oz water tank is removable for easy refilling, and volume marks on the side help you achieve the perfect water-to-coffee ratio. Weigh coffee beans using a scale and grind to Pour Over size. To make two cups, we recommend 30 grams of coffee.

Place grinds inside a #4 filter and spread evenly. Return filter holder to the unit.

Set flow control to match the amount of coffee that you're brewing.

Fill the removable water tank with water in the amount that matches your coffee.

Press "start" button to begin brewing coffee. Once complete, close flow control to prevent dripping.

Serve and enjoy! The warming plate will keep coffee warm for 30 minutes.
