Q: Why my breads burned even at the lowest setting?

A: Because they put only 1 piece of breads inside. There are 4 heating areas in the toaster, if you put only 1 bread in the slot, one side is heated by 3 heating areas, while the other side is by 1. So please put breads in pairs, that will not burn the bread and toast evenly.

Q: Why the Cancel button light is on and the lever will not stay down?

A: It happens when the Cancel button is stuck, when it can not bounce back and in place, the light is on, and the lever will pop up when you press it down, no toasting will happen. Please restore those stuck buttons.

Q:Why the toaster only toaster one side of the bread?

A:Please check if the Bagel mode is on, after pressed the Bagel Button, it light ring will be on. in this mode, it will toaster one side and keep the other side warm.

Q:Why the breads are not toasted evenly when I toast 2 slices?

A: Please put the breads in the center of slots when you toast 1 or 2 slices, the empty slots is still heating in working, so if you put breads in the corner, it will toast unevenly.

* If bread slices are stored in refrigerator, need more time in toasting to reach expected browning, try DEFROST mode.

After lever down and browning level selected, the countdown timer will show you the exact time left to complete the toasting.

Press down the lever on the back, the stainless steel rack will rise, you could put breads in irregular shape on the top and heat them up.
