Super 58 requires a finer grind !!!
E55pro Grinder Guide:
Turn clockwise to tighten fully , then counterclockwise to "0" for calibration.For espresso, a grind size between 40?60 is recommended, with 50 being a good starting point for most medium-dark roast beans. You can try grinding a few grams at setting 50 to check the fineness.
Adjust based on flow: too fast → grind finer (lower number);
too slow → coarser (higher number).
Note: Super 58 requires a finer grind than most machines.
