A 1 : 1 Ratio

- 1 full measuring cup of rice = 1 water level on the inner pan.

- 2 full measuring cups of rice = 2 water levels on the inner pan.

- 3 full measuring cups of rice = 3 water levels on the inner pan

- 4 full measuring cups of rice = 4 water levels on the inner pan.
