Because the bagel was not cut evenly, thicker area will be nearer to the heating wires,it wil get darker than other areas. so please try your bet to cut the bread evenly.
How to use DEFROST function?
DEFROST function will derost and toast the bread you placed in the toaster, if you need to toast frozen breads, please select a browning level and DEFROST option at the same time.
What to do if I want to defrost the frozen breads only, I do not want breads get browned？
In this case, please use REHEAT instead of DEFROST to defrost the breads, the toaster will heat breads for 30s, that's good for defrosting breads.
How should I clean my toaster after use?
