Set & Customize Cup Sizes

Set: Press and hold the "Large Cup" button for 5 seconds, then release. The light flashes and brewing begins.

Customize: Press the same button again when your desired volume is reached.

Set & Customize Temp

Start the setup: Press and hold the medium and large cup buttons until the green lights flash three times, then release to enter temp settings

Setting the temp: Press the small cup button for low, medium for medium, large for high. Each press makes the button flash once. Be sure to complete the selection within 5 seconds

Descaling:

Regular Descaling: When all 3 green lights blink slowly, press briefly Medium + Large buttons at the same time to start. follow the same 3-step descaling cycle. You can descale now or continue brewing.

Manual Descaling: Hold the Large Cup button, then plug in the machine, after 5 seconds,descaling will start, also follow the same 3-step descaling cycle.

2. Built-In Brewing Programs

- This coffee machine features integrated programs for temperature selection, cup volume adjustment, descaling, and factory reset. Users can customize three brewing temperature levels (Low, Medium, High) and adjust cup volume to match personal preferences.

- Descaling can be performed at any time, or when the descaling reminder indicator flashes after approximately 200 brews, helping maintain consistent performance.

- If the system settings become irregular, a factory reset function allows the machine to restart and restore default settings, supporting stable and reliable operation.

Ground Coffee Brewing Guide

- For your convenience, we include tools for brewing with ground coffee, including a coffee scoop and tamper. - By following the illustrations and the guidelines below, you can brew a well-balanced espresso with rich crema.

- Use 7?9 g of freshly ground coffee per brew.

- Use a medium-fine grind, similar to fine table salt.

- Tamp gently to create a flat and even coffee bed.

Tips for Best Results

- For optimal extraction, use a medium-fine grind; overly fine grounds may impact extraction performance.

- Fill ground coffee up to the “MAX” line.

- Use up to 10 g of ground coffee per brew to support smooth operation.

- A grind that is too coarse may result in lighter extraction and reduced crema.

Capsule Coffee Brewing Guide

- When brewing NES*, K Cup*, or A M*do Mio capsules, gently press the adapter lid to ensure the piercing needle properly punctures the capsule and the lid sits flat.

- Before brewing, make sure the adapter is fully inserted into the brew chamber and sits flush with the machine.

- NES* capsules and ground coffee are recommended for Small and Medium cup sizes only. Using the Large cup setting may result in a lighter-tasting coffee.

- When brewing instant-style capsules (such as milk or chocolate pods), do not pause and restart the brewing process, as continuous brewing helps maintain stable performance

The machine offers three brew temperature levels: Low, Medium, and High (each level differs by approximately 2°C).

? Enter Setting Mode: When all green indicator lights are on, press and hold the Medium and Large buttons until the lights flash three times and turn off. The machine is now in temperature setting mode.

? Low Temperature: Press the Small button within 5 seconds ? the light flashes once and turns off. Ideal for light roasts or instant-style drinks (e.g., milk or chocolate capsules).

? Medium Temperature: Press the Medium button within 5 seconds ? the light flashes once and turns off. Suitable for most capsules or ground coffee.

? High Temperature: Press the Large button within 5 seconds ? the light flashes once and turns off. Recommended for cold environments or high altitudes.

Descaling Reminder After approximately 200 brews, all three green lights flash slowly at the same time. To clear the reminder, run the descaling program.

Preparation Mix 80 mL citric acid with 800 mL water and pour into the water tank. Insert the empty NES-compatible adapter (no capsule). Place an empty 300 mL cup under the spout.

Start Descaling Press the Medium and Large buttons briefly at the same time. The Small button light stays on while the Medium and Large lights turn off. The descaling program starts automatically.
