To craft the perfect espresso, start by filling your coffee machine with filtered water and running a blank shot to preheat the brew head and portafilter. Then evenly distribute freshly ground coffee in the filter basket and apply even tamping pressure to ensure optimal extraction uniformity.

Add ice cubes to your cup or water tank and refill with coffee liquid for a colder taste. If you have just finished making hot coffee and then want to make cold coffee, you need to empty the hot water out of the machine by draining it.

The dense and fine milk froth can bring richer flavor to your coffee. After selecting the STEAM function, wait for the machine to finish preheating, then use the steam wand to release water until the steam comes out, at which time you can froth the milk.

Why does ON/OFF continue to flash rapidly and been 3 sounds? This happens when you you're done frothing the milk and immediately make coffee. You need to cool down the machine by draining hot water through the steam wand until ON/OFF stops blinking.

When STEAM is blinking and other function can not be selected, check that the knob is turned to the OFF position!

The cleaning needle that sticks to the steam wand can be used to clean the inside of the steam hole periodically to avoid affecting the water coming out of the steam wand.
