Can the MX series blenders be used to make nut butters?
MX1200XTX can make nut butter. Usage should be limited to max of 16 oz per batch, and blender should not operate for more than 1 min at a time. Allow cooling between cycles. For improved blending performance, we recommend using the MXE2000. Ellipse.
Can I blend frozen fruit?
For the best results we recommend blending only fresh or partially thawed frozen fruit. If using completely frozen fruit, we suggest a ratio of 1 ¼ parts liquid to 1 parts frozen fruit on high speed.
